Frequently asked questions about car hire and chauffeur services

Here you will find answers to the most common questions about car hire, including requirements, booking, payment, deposits and rules when hiring our premium vehicles. We have also gathered information about our chauffeur service, so you can easily get an overview of your options.

Car Hire – Requirements & Rules

Do you offer car hire?
Yes, we offer car hire of selected premium vehicles.
What are the requirements to hire a car?
The main driver must be at least 24 years old and hold a valid driving licence. An additional driver may be added, provided they are at least 24 years old and hold a valid driving licence.
Is there a deposit for car hire?
Yes, there is a deposit of DKK 5,000 when hiring any car. The deposit is returned after the hire period, provided the car is returned in the same condition without new damage or deficiencies.
How many kilometres are included in the hire?
The hire includes 150 km per day. Extra kilometres can be purchased upon collection of the car.
May I drive abroad?
No, our cars may not be taken outside Danish borders. However, chauffeur service can be arranged to destinations throughout Europe.
How does payment work for car hire?
The car must be booked via our website, where a minimum of DKK 1,000 prepayment is required. The remaining amount can be paid via bank transfer, cash or charged to the same payment card. We do not accept MobilePay.
What happens with reckless driving?
If our system detects reckless driving, the car may be automatically deactivated, the hire terminated immediately, and a fine of DKK 5,000 imposed.
Is smoking allowed in the car?
No, smoking is not permitted in our vehicles. A cleaning fee of DKK 1,000 will be charged for any violation.
Who pays fines and charges?
The hirer is responsible for all speeding fines, parking charges, bridge tolls and other costs during the hire period. An administration fee of DKK 299 per fine or charge is also applied.
What if the car is returned late?
Late return incurs a fee of DKK 1,000.
What happens if the car is damaged?
Any damage to the car during the hire period is the hirer's responsibility in accordance with the applicable insurance and hire terms.
What is your cancellation policy for car hire?
For cancellations more than 36 hours before collection, a fee of DKK 1,000 is charged. For cancellations less than 36 hours before collection, the full amount of the reservation is charged.

Chauffeur Service – Booking

How do I book chauffeur service with you?
You can either call us or fill in the contact form on our chauffeur service page. We then send a quote to the customer along with a payment link or invoice. Once the booking is confirmed and payment received, we send a final confirmation email with all details.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance, but we always try to accommodate urgent needs if we have available cars.
Can I book for special events or multiple hours?
Yes, we offer both single trips and hourly bookings for events, meetings, weddings and VIP transport.

Service & Comfort

Which cars do you offer?
We offer comfortable premium cars of a high standard, perfect for both private and business transport.
Can you drive to the airport?
Yes, we offer regular airport transport with collection and drop-off directly at the terminal.

Prices & Payment

What does a trip cost?
The price depends on distance, time of day and type of service. Contact us for a fixed quote with no hidden fees.
How do I pay?
We accept card payment, cash and bank transfer. Businesses can receive an invoice. We do not accept MobilePay.
Are there extra charges at night or weekends?
Any surcharges will always be clearly stated in your quote before booking.

Safety

Are your chauffeurs professional?
Yes, all our chauffeurs are experienced, licensed and trained in professional customer service.
Is the car insured?
Yes, all vehicles are fully insured in accordance with applicable legislation.
What does the insurance cover?
Our vehicles are covered by liability insurance and comprehensive insurance. The excess (deductible) is DKK 15,000 per damage.
